If you ever get flummoxed by a Sudoku puzzle then Sudoku Dragon can help you out. There are a number of hints provided to help you solve the puzzle ranging from a gentle word of encouragement (“every allocation made so far looks OK”) to revealing the complete solution to the puzzle.

One Game | Hint shows any squares that have been incorrectly allocated. In the screen shot below one square is shown with their current (incorrect) allocations, all the other correctly allocated and the remaining unallocated squares are left blank.

Other Sudoku puzzle hints check that all the tentative possibilities marked in the puzzle are correct.

You can also check a particular possibility for a square. Sudoku Dragon can then highlight all squares and explain why a particular square allocation is possible or impossible. The grid hint screen stays open so it is always to hand.
