Sudoku Help - License Repair

We now offer an alternative product only available for download from Microsoft Store. This shares many features but not all of them. For documentation of the SudokuDragon for Store version see its separate help section.

A license is used to control the rights to continue to use Sudoku Dragon. It can be installed as a free trial or fully purchased.

If the license becomes damaged in some way you need to repair it before you can perform any more game playing actions. To repair the license over the Internet press the Internet button, the browser will open and after a short while the license will be repaired and the dialog disappears. If you are repairing a purchased copy of the software you will need to enter the order number sent to you in the purchase confirmation e-mail.

If for some reason you cannot use the Internet option you need to keep the dialog box open and send the unique Repair Code to support@sudokudragon.com and await to be sent a response that you should then paste into the Fix code field.
