Sudoku Help - Information pop-up

We now offer an alternative product only available for download from Microsoft Store. This shares many features but not all of them. For documentation of the SudokuDragon for Store version see its separate help section.

If you attempt to make an allocation to a square that is not allowed by the rules of Sudoku then a pop up window will be shown and the allocation will not be made. All you need to do is to make another allocation or choose another square. Press OK or the Escape key to clear the message from the screen.

You can also move the window by clicking the mouse on it and dragging it to a different area on the screen.

This message will also be shown when the solver has detected that the game is complete or it has reached a stage where it can no longer be solved.
