If your query is not covered by our Frequently Asked Questions we suggest you download the specially written Doctor Sudoku diagnostic utility which will analyse your Sudoku Dragon™ installation and suggest actions to correct any problems it may find. The utility does not install software or modify your system in any way.

Download the sudokudoctor.exe file (116Kb) by clicking the animated link button below.

When the download is complete simply run the sudokudoctor.exe program and follow the on screen instructions.

If the doctor can't find the problem or its suggested action does not work, it generates an e-mail report for analysis by our support team.
