Sudoku Help - Display Themes

Here's a page from the extensive help system for SudokuDragon. It is displayed as a help screen when running the program. To get the full picture Download our Sudoku Dragon and see the screen in its full context.

We supply a range of pre-defined display themes which specify how the Sudoku grid is to be displayed. A theme controls how colors are used for each and every part of the grid. It also specifies the fonts to be used to display the numbers (or letters) in the grid. Not only can the colors and fonts be changed but also patterns and effects for the grid squares.

You can select one of the pre-defined themes by selecting Options from the View menu and then selecting the Appearance tab. You can create your own theme to make the grid look exactly as you like. To create a new theme simply press Add New. Once you have created a theme you can edit it as you like.

Often you may want to print out the grid in black and white rather than color, you can select a different theme for the print-out using the Print Options screen.
